The term "Project" refers to "The Forest Ville" and other associated land developments marketed on this platform. "Plot" refers to the specific unit of land allotted to the applicant.
The Allottee agrees to pay the total consideration as per the opted "Payment Plan" (Plan A: Down Payment or Plan B: Installment). Default in scheduled payments may attract an interest penalty of 12% per annum or cancellation of the allotment at the discretion of the developer.
The area of the Plot is tentative and subject to final demarcation/measurement at the site. A variation of up to ±5% in the area shall be adjusted in the final payment at the prevailing booking rate.
All Government taxes, levies, duties, cess, GST, etc., present or future, are to be borne by the Allottee. Stamp Duty and Registration charges shall be paid by the Allottee at the time of registration of the Sale Deed.
All transactions are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this allotment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
